1. What size of the storage room do I need?
Depending on the number of belongings you have, we offer storage rooms from 3m2 to 30m2. If you are not sure which one to choose from, you can use our space calculator to make an approximate estimate or directly contact our equipment that will help you determine the right size.
2. How can I reserve a storage room?
You can easily reserve a storage room through the form of our website, calling us at 952 100 144 or visiting us in our facilities. For the reservation to be effective, the payment of one month of bail is necessary that will be returned once the storage room is abandoned.
3. What type of security do storage rooms have?
Our storage rooms have advanced security systems, such as video surveillance cameras 24/7, alarms and controlled access to ensure that your belongings are protected.
4. How do I access my storage?
We offer free and flexible access with your personal key during the established schedule: Monday to Thursday 9: 00h-18: 00h and Saturdays 9: 00h-15: 00h.
5. Can I access my storage at any time?
No, since we offer an access control service to the facilities, it is possible to access during the opening hours from Monday to Thursday 9: 00h-18: 00h and Saturdays 9: 00h-15: 00h.
6. Is it possible to change the size of my storage room if my needs change?
Yes, you can change a larger or lesser size storage as you need. You just have to contact us to organize change.
7. Is there any kind of insurance available for my belongings?
Yes, all our rates include an insurance policy. However, if you wish you can hire an additional free choice policy. You can get more information about the coverage of our insurance by making your reservation.
8. Can I store any type of article in my storage?
You can store most belongings, such as furniture, clothing, documents and appliances. However, dangerous, flammable or illegal articles are not allowed. It is not allowed to store products in our facilities that put their safety and our equipment at risk such as flammable materials, corrosive or toxic fluids, weapons or ammunition, biological material or waste, illegal substances, counterfeit items, illegal substances, living beings, objects of high unclear value or large amounts of cash.
9. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period for our storage unit is one month; after that, there's no lock-in period. All our contracts offer flexible duration; you just need to notify us seven days before the end of the month so our accounting department won't issue the following month's invoice and can refund your deposit.
10. How can I pay the rental of the storage room?
We accept various payment methods, such as bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash payments in our facilities. The first payment is usually made by card at the time of signing the contract, directly in our facilities. From then on, monthly payments are generally managed by banking or transfer. In addition, we will send you a payment reminder every month so you can carry better control.
11. Can I access my storage if I move outside the city?
Yes, you can continue storing your belongings in our storage while you move, and you can even ask for help to coordinate your articles from our installation to your new address.
12. What happens if I need more space in the future?
If you need more space, simply contact us to change a larger storage room. We make sure you have the right space for your needs.
13. Do you have a moving service?
In Taistore we do not make removals directly, but we collaborate with an external trusted company that offers an efficient and quality transport service. If you wish, we can ask you to facilitate a budget without commitment adapted to your needs.
Of course, you also have the freedom to hire the move service on your own, if you prefer. We are here to facilitate the storage process, whatever the option you choose.
14. Do they have available shelves?
Yes, in Taistore we offer the possibility of renting shelves so you can better organize your storage room and make the most of the available space. The rental cost is € 5 per month for shelf.
If you are interested, you just have to tell us when you hire your storage room or at any time during your rent. We will be happy to help you make your space more practical and accessible.
15. Do they have loading and download zone?
Yes, in Taistore we have facilities specially designed to facilitate loading and download. All our storage rooms are located on floor 0, which means that you will not have to climb stairs or use elevators to access your space.
In addition, our corridors are wide and allow a comfortable movement of bulky objects. It is also possible to access with your vehicle or moving truck directly inside the facilities, which makes the process much faster and simpler.
Everything is designed to keep or collect your belongings as comfortable as possible.
