1. What size storage unit do I need?
Depending on the amount of belongings you have, we offer storage units ranging from 3m² to 30m². If you're unsure which one to choose, you can use our space calculator to get a rough estimate or contact our team directly, who will help you determine the right size.
2. How can I reserve a storage unit?
You can easily reserve a storage unit through the form on our website, by calling us at 952 100 144 , or by visiting us at our facilities. A one-month deposit is required to confirm your reservation and will be refunded upon your return of the unit.
3. What type of security do the storage units have?
Our storage units feature advanced security systems, such as 24/7 video surveillance cameras, alarms, and controlled access to ensure your belongings are protected.
4. How do I access my storage unit?
We offer free and flexible access with your personal key during the established hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
5. Can I access my storage unit at any time?
No, since we offer an access control service to the facilities, it is possible to access during opening hours from Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
6. Is it possible to change the size of my storage unit if my needs change?
Yes, you can switch to a larger or smaller storage unit as needed. Just contact us to arrange the change.
7. Is there any type of insurance available for my belongings?
Yes, all our rates include an insurance policy. However, you can purchase an additional policy of your choice if you wish. You can find more information about our insurance coverage when you make your booking.
8. Can I store any type of item in my storage unit?
You can store most belongings, such as furniture, clothing, documents, and appliances. However, hazardous, flammable, or illegal items are not permitted. Storing products on our premises that could compromise the safety of the facility and our team, such as flammable materials, corrosive or toxic liquids, weapons or ammunition, biological material or waste, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, living beings, uninsured high-value items, or large amounts of cash, is prohibited.
9. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period for the storage unit is one month; after that, there is no minimum commitment period. All our contracts offer flexibility in terms of duration; you only need to notify us 7 days before the end of the month so that our accounting department does not issue the invoice for the following month and can proceed with the return of your deposit.
10. How can I pay the storage unit rent?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash payments at our premises. The first payment is usually made by card upon signing the contract, directly at our offices. Subsequent monthly payments are generally processed via direct debit or bank transfer. We will also send you a payment reminder each month to help you keep track of your payments.
11. Can I access my storage unit if I move out of town?
Yes, you can continue to store your belongings in our storage unit while you move, and you can even ask for help coordinating the shipping of your items from our facility to your new address.
12. What happens if I need more space in the future?
If you need more space, simply contact us to upgrade to a larger storage unit. We'll make sure you have the right amount of space for your needs.
13. Do you offer moving services?
At Taistore, we don't handle moves directly, but we collaborate with a trusted third-party company that offers efficient and high-quality transport services. If you'd like, we can request a no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.
Of course, you're also free to arrange your own moving services if you prefer. We're here to make the storage process easier for you, whichever option you choose.
14. Do you have shelving available?
Yes, at Taistore we offer shelving rentals so you can better organize your storage room and make the most of the available space. The rental cost is €5 per month per shelf.
If you're interested, just let us know when you book your storage unit or at any time during your rental. We'd be happy to help you make your space more practical and accessible.
15. Do they have a loading and unloading area?
Yes, at Taistore we have facilities specially designed to make loading and unloading easier. All our storage units are located on the ground floor, which means you won't have to climb stairs or use elevators to access your space.
In addition, our hallways are spacious and allow for easy movement of bulky items. You can also drive your own car or moving truck directly into the building, making the process much faster and simpler.
Everything is designed to make storing or collecting your belongings as convenient as possible.
